I can’t help but wonder at the rejection Jesus experienced.
Our Creator, Saviour. Our Redeemer and Healer. He gave up heaven to restore us and he came knowing that he would be rejected.
How often do I avoid situations, conversions etc just in case I experience rejection?
I don’t know if this is a struggle for you but it’s something I’ve battled for years.
My prayer today is that we sit with the one who loves us and calls us His own.
We are seen, known and loved. We are accepted. Let this truth take deep root in our hearts. Amen.
